What You’ll Actually Do
- High-Volume Ad Production (40‑60 ads / month): Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b‑roll into persuasive short‑form ads (15‑90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You’ll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
- Master Direct Response Mechanics: Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches). Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions. Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9 : 16, YouTube Shorts).
- A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
- Post‑Production Excellence: Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Your edits should feel polished but authentic—not overproduced.
