Direct Response Video Editor (Remote - Brazil Preferred)

We're an 8-figure DTC beauty & wellness brand generating $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-volume, high-converting video advertising. We need an elite video editor who understands direct response mechanics and can produce scroll-stopping ads at scale.

Your work will directly drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • High-Volume Ad Production (40‑60 ads / month): Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b‑roll into persuasive short‑form ads (15‑90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You’ll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
  • Master Direct Response Mechanics: Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches). Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions. Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9 : 16, YouTube Shorts).
  • A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
  • Post‑Production Excellence: Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Your edits should feel polished but authentic—not overproduced.
