Digital Workspace Lead – Patria Investments

The Digital Workspace Lead is responsible for strategy and management of digital workplace technologies and services, ensuring a seamless Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
The role encompasses service desk management, budgeting, IT asset management, and driving positive business outcomes while maintaining SOX and ITGC controls.
Report to the Infrastructure Head and partner with the CIO / CTO, HR, facilities and other IT and business leaders to set the strategic direction of digital workplace and DEX improvements.
Lead the digital workplace operations team focused on fulfilling end-user support and service requests, including the IT service desk, VIP and desktop support, A / V support, Active Directory, IT services catalogue and IT asset management inventory.
Manage the annual budget for operating and capital expenditures; govern technology usage, standards, and licensing to align with IT and company objectives while optimizing costs and enforcing data policies.
Administer contracts and manage service levels with providers, including licensing expiration, renewal and procurement.
Develop, publish and maintain the corporate IT catalogue of products and services and its roadmap aligned with business requirements and IT leaders.
Provide IT leaders and business with consolidated overview of IT service support KPIs, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Champion modernization of workforce technology and services to enable new ways of working and digital transformation, fostering a culture of digital dexterity.
Partner with HR to understand employee challenges, roles, demographic changes, mobility, hybrid work and incorporate insights into digital workplace planning, using change management best practices.
Collaborate with corporate real-estate / facilities to create a smart workplace for hybrid and remote workers.
Work with internal communications to promote digital workplace benefits through campaigns and measure customer satisfaction and eNPS.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards in collaboration with IT security and risk management.
Maintain SOX and ITGC controls within digital workplace, creating or updating policies, ensuring flawless execution and developing improvement action plans.
5+ years managing IT systems, processes and vendors.
5+ years leading digital workplace teams and processes, including external service desk services.
Experience with vendor governance, KPI management, and conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions.
Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks.
Awareness of how to measure Digital Experience and satisfaction.
Working knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL.
Proven ability to manage rapidly changing business priorities, processes and technologies.
Experience managing a portfolio of digital workplace applications.
