About the role

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy working with WordPress and creating compelling content for emails and landing pages, this role is for you.

Professional English Proficiency is a must.

Hiring interviews will be conducted online.

What you’ll do:

• Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.
• Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.
• Track, analyze, and report performance.
• Understand the audience and work on improving the copy from email marketing campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• An analytical marketing mindset, while being quick to iterate on ideas.
• Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress & Elementor.
• Experience with creating content for emails and or landing pages.

Nice to have:

• SEO basics
• Basic HTML / CSS
• Understanding of UI / UX principles for better user journeys.
• Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with Google Sheets

This is a remote position. Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST).
