Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in‑person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity

The SEO & Web Manager is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving growth across digital ecosystems by combining enterprise‑level SEO expertise, web and app management, and conversion optimization. This role ensures our websites, domains, APIs, and applications operate seamlessly while also serving as growth engines through improved visibility, usability, and conversion performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise‑level SEO, GEO, and AEO projects from strategy through post‑launch optimization.
    Conduct technical audits, keyword/prompt research, and on‑page optimization to drive organic visibility and lead quality.
  • Embed SEO best practices into web/app development lifecycles, ensuring Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexation are consistently optimized.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Content, and Marketing Automation teams to align SEO with landing page optimization and customer journeys.
  • Deliver executive‑level insights and training, translating technical SEO into measurable business impact.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving AI search landscape (Generative AI, AEO, voice search, Search Generative Experience) and proactively adapt strategies.
  • Monitor crawl budgets, analytics, and performance trends to ensure maximum indexation and organic growth.
  • Own end‑to‑end website, domain, and app strategy, ensuring uptime, security, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and scalability.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high‑performing, mobile‑first, and accessible digital experiences.
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships, managing feature deployments, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage API integrations, chatbots, and data ecosystems to connect seamlessly with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Establish governance, triage, and tooling frameworks for sustainable web operations and innovation.
  • Support the Web and apps' personalization strategy and execution
Growth & ROI Accountability
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across websites, landing pages, and apps using structured testing (A/B/n, multivariate).
  • Translate funnel insights into action, optimizing acquisition, lead nurturing, and retention journeys.
  • Architect data‑driven roadmaps that align digital performance with KPIs (CAC, MRR, CSAT, and new logo acquisition).
  • Implement automation pipelines (API connections, scripts, tracking integrations) to accelerate execution and scalability.
  • Leverage tools such as GA4, GTM, SEMrush, RollWorks, Salesforce, and Pardot to measure impact and continuously improve decision‑making.
  • Support in driving maximum ROI across core digital marketing channels, with P&L accountability for SEO and web‑driven performance.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise SEO experience (tech, on‑page, off‑page, GEO/AEO).
  • 5+ years of web/app management experience (CMS, APIs, compliance, vendor management).
  • Proven record in conversion optimization and growth marketing for B2B/B2C digital ecosystems.
  • Experience in agile delivery, user story creation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to bridge technical depth with executive‑level storytelling and business impact translation.
Bonus Points
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing automation software platforms and technologies (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
  • Strong knowledge of various campaign tracking and data management tools (e.g. Data Studio, Domo, Sisense etc)
  • Experience with data and analytics tools such as such as SQL, Excel‑pivot tables or BI tools such as Sisense
  • Extensive experience in developing marketing and digital performance dashboards
