Role : Digital Experience Solution Architect

Seeking an experienced Digital Experience Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high‑performing brand websites. This role drives technical strategy, personalization, and compliance across digital platforms while mentoring teams and fostering innovation.

About the Role

This is a high‑impact role within a global consumer goods company, focused on modernizing digital brand experiences through MACH architecture and cloud‑native solutions. The digital team is transitioning legacy platforms to composable, API‑first environments to improve speed, performance, and personalization. Collaboration across marketing, legal, compliance, and engineering functions is essential to align technical architecture with business goals and regulatory standards. The team prioritizes innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity, with strong support for career development and hybrid work flexibility.

Task and Deliverables

• Architect and implement scalable, secure digital solutions for global brand websites
• Lead the transition to modern CMS systems using MACH principles (Microservices, API‑first, Cloud‑native, Headless)
• Integrate personalization tools and performance optimization techniques to drive measurable business outcomes
• Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (CPRA / CCPA, GDPR) and lead consent and data protection architecture
• Maintain architectural documentation including roadmaps, runbooks, and system diagrams
• Provide full‑stack technical leadership across frontend (React) and backend systems
• Guide teams on technology selection, architecture best practices, and compliance integration
• Ensure uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Support legacy systems during phased migration to modern architecture

Requirements

Must Have :

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture for large‑scale, consumer‑facing digital platforms
• Expertise in full‑stack development (React frontend, CMS / backend, API‑first integration)
• Strong knowledge of MACH architecture and modern CMS platforms (headless and traditional)
• Experience with Azure or AWS and cloud‑native deployments
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and web security best practices
• Familiarity with containerization, composable architectures, and event‑driven design

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and real‑time personalization
• Knowledge of identity resolution and event‑based customer interaction flows
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms and digital marketing technologies

Additional Details

Location : Remote in Brazil or Argentina

Type : 40h / week Contract

Duration : 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)

Authorization : Applicants must be authorized to work in their country of residence without employer sponsorship
