A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) for a remote position in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT Service Management skills, hands-on experience with SAP technologies, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities include managing customer engagement projects and ensuring operational excellence. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
