Provide Comprehensive Hardware and Software Support: You will be responsible for imaging and installing software on Windows and Apple devices performing installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC) and providing remote support. This includes troubleshooting post‑deployment issues across various platforms performing printer break‑fix repairs, managing hardware refreshes and coordinating warranty and out‑of‑warranty repairs and replacements.
Manage IT Assets and Inventory: You will handle the complete lifecycle of IT equipment including asset tagging, new equipment, managing disposal and redeployment, reclaiming assets and maintaining spare parts. A key responsibility is providing weekly reports on physical inventory counts and hardware outflows ensuring all asset information is accurately updated in the management system.
Deliver Direct User Support and Coordination: You will provide direct walk‑up support to employees including executive (VIP) support and assist with Audio/Video equipment and health checks. You will also open, assign, track and close service requests, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to onboard new hires and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for dispatch and repair services.
A minimum of 2‑3 years of experience is required with 3‑5 years preferred in an IT support role. This should include technical training and experience supporting both Windows and Macintosh platforms.
Proficiency in imaging Windows 10 OS, troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with basic network concepts (TCP/IP Ethernet) and experience with networked printers (queue creation, server maintenance) is also required.
Possession of MCP and/or A Certifications is highly preferred.
You must have your own car for transportation (with mileage reimbursed) and a valid driver’s license as the job requires travel between offices.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You must be highly organized, able to prioritize competing tasks, work effectively in a team and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
