Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to own and scale multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role will plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and paid media, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure measurable impact. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in building repeatable demand engines for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals and target personas
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead lifecycle, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts
  • Analyze performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and deliver actionable insights
  • Run experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve messaging, channels, and conversion rates
  • Manage external vendors and agencies as needed
  • Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across systems
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling demand generation in high-growth or Series B+ environments
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and external agencies
  • Exposure to international demand generation campaigns
  • Advanced attribution modeling or RevOps partnership experience
