Data / Sales Revenue Analyst

Location: Brazil (Remote)

For one of our clients, a mid-sized company operating at scale, we are currently looking to hire a Data / Sales Revenue Analyst.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data / Sales Revenue Analyst with strong experience in building, maintaining, and scaling Tableau dashboards to support commercial, sales, and revenue decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, sales performance, and business intelligence.

An FP&A or finance background is not required, though exposure to revenue, pricing, or financial metrics is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards for sales performance, revenue trends, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Revenue & Sales Intelligence: Analyze revenue drivers and trends, and support Sales and RevOps teams with KPI tracking, funnel analysis, and performance insights.
  • Data Management: Work with multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, Databricks, SQL) to extract, transform, and validate data quality for analytics and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Present insights and recommendations to leadership and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into clear business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have
  • 3–7+ years of experience in data, sales, or revenue analysis
  • Expert-level Tableau skills, including dashboard design and data storytelling
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on experience working in Databricks environments
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion, growth, retention)
Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to FP&A, pricing, or financial analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or BigQuery
  • Familiarity with SaaS, RevOps, or data-driven commercial environments
