We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our team as a Data Processing Specialist!

We are growing and adding new members to our financial team!

What you'll do
  • Retrieve and download invoices and raw data from service providers.
  • Review and validate invoices and raw data.
  • Upload and output reports using in-house databases.
  • Work with service providers to resolve missing or insufficient data by phone, email, or web-based portals.
  • Enter data using in-house software.
  • Organize invoice and data stored location.
  • Process bill payment on behalf of clients.
Who you are
  • A detail-oriented problem solver able to create and follow processes.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task and juggle a large volume of tasks.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation & Hours:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – 3pm (Austin, TX, Central Time)

Idioma: Portuguese and English as applicable

Additional notes: This is a freelancer/contract position. Benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, or 13th month pay are not provided. You will be an independent contractor with Mindglobal and paid hourly for time worked. You will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and can choose your time off and holidays. If desired, you can be paid in US Dollars.
