A tech-driven company is looking for a Data Engineer Trainee/Junior to support the development of data pipelines and analytics solutions. You’ll assist in documenting data flows, engage in discussions to tackle business challenges, and collaborate in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates should be eager learners pursuing relevant degrees and possess basic data concepts knowledge. This is a remote position targeting junior professionals.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in data engineering or related technical roles (internships or academic projects welcome).
• Basic understanding of data concepts such as data warehousing and security.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.

What You'll Do

Support the development of data pipelines and analytics solutions using modern cloud and BI tools.

Assist in documenting data flows, architectures, and technical specifications.

Participate in team discussions to understand business challenges and explore technical possibilities.

Learn and apply best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Stay curious and up-to-date with trends and tools in the data space.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in data engineering or related technical roles (internships or academic projects welcome!).

Basic understanding of data concepts such as data warehousing and security.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Good communication skills and willingness to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points for exposure to :

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Tools like Snowflake, Dataiku, Databricks, Tableau
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving in academic or project settings
