This role is part of the National Distribution team and is responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving the tools, systems, and software used by the field sales regional team.

The role focuses on increasing field efficiency through better route planning and stronger point-of-sale execution tracking, acting as the key user and main interface between the business, regional field teams, and internal or external system developers.

Qualifications
  • University Degree (information systems, business, economy, engineering, or similar).
  • Preference: MBA (information systems, business/programming)
  • Experience in Off Premise Channel (direct and distributors) interacting with sales team
  • Knowledge in programming language and systems for field sales team
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical, planning and financial skills.
  • Advanced in written and spoken English.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Good interpersonal relationship.
