Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of different types of data, such as sales, CRM, sell-out, etc.
• Develop and implement dashboards to provide insightful information for leadership and ensure continuous improvement on the monitoring of metrics and performance of the business.
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members across Latam.
• Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, databases, and automated reports that enhance decision-making.
• Support daily operations for sales and marketing teams.
• Support the implementation of a business intelligence approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution in data engineering, statistics, computer science, software engineering, technology, information systems or a related field.
• Prior experience leveraging analytics to support business operations.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce and Snowflake knowledge as a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
