Job TitleWe are seeking a Workday Recruiting and Talent Analyst to join our team. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Recruiting, Talent, Performance and Learning modules.
They will also possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in EIBs and data management within Workday. The successful candidate will be able to translate technical configurations into non-technical language and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
They will also have a strong understanding of HR and Recruiting policies, as well as experience with Workday business processes and security roles related to Recruiting, Talent, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the effectiveness of Workday by configuring, maintaining, and continuously optimizing Workday Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning modules.
- Enable better talent decisions and development by supporting scalable, user-friendly solutions for career growth, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
- Enhance the candidate and employee experience by resolving issues and queries that impact usability, accuracy, or workflow across recruiting and talent modules.
- Drive the success of the annual performance review cycle by owning the configuration, launch, monitoring, and post-cycle review of performance processes, while identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and process scalability by preparing, loading, and validating EIBs for mass data updates.
- Maximize system performance and adoption by evaluating new Workday releases, identifying relevant enhancements, and recommending high-impact improvements to stakeholders.
- Ensure system reliability and business continuity by proactively monitoring health and resolving issues across Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Improve transparency and knowledge sharing by maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for configurations, business processes, and system policies.
- Accelerate continuous improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with analysts, IT teams, HR, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders, delivering enhancements that add value and reduce manual effort.
- Safeguard data integrity and compliance by ensuring configurations align with internal governance, audit requirements, and security standards.
- Enhance user confidence and self-service adoption by contributing to the development of end-user training materials in partnership with HR.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with expertise in Recruiting, Talent, Performance and Learning modules.
- Strong understanding of HR and Recruiting policies.
- Experience with Workday business processes, security roles related to Recruiting, Talent, and change management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in EIBs and data management within Workday.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical configurations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
