What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with customers, guiding them from onboarding to renewal and ensuring they realize the maximum value of the employer's products
  • Partner with sales on customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Monitor customer risk, champion customer needs with technical and sales teams, and conduct regular executive business reviews
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the employer's product and roadmap, guiding customers on optimizing their use and gathering product feedback
  • Deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPI targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a SaaS cybersecurity company
  • 2+ years managing a book of business comprised of 25-30 customers with an average ARR of $170,000+
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends
  • Strong data analysis skills to review customer metrics, identify trends, and measure KPIs such as churn rate and customer retention
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certifications or advanced degrees related to Customer Success, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Expertise in the SaaS and cybersecurity industry, including terminology and trends
