This full-time remote position requires online customer support experience and proficiency in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities include assisting with account security and KYC verification, staying updated on trading rules, and adapting to flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends. The ideal candidate is patient and skilled in de-escalating situations.

Qualificações

• Experience in online customer support, particularly in finance.
• Ability to handle high-tension situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer support tools is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
