The ideal candidate will have experience in online support and be proficient in both Portuguese and English. This remote position requires flexibility with shifts, including weekends and night hours, and a strong ability to de-escalate challenging situations.

Qualificações

• Experience in online customer support is required.
• Familiarity with financial terminology is a plus.
• Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with KYC verification and account security.
• Document customer issues, collaborating with technical teams.
• Stay updated on trading rules and communicate risks promptly.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours including nights.

Conhecimentos

Online customer support experience

Proficient in Zendesk / LiveChat

Fluent in Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
