Responsibilities include assisting with KYC verification, documenting issues, and adapting to varied work schedules, including weekends and nights. Offering a full-time, long-term remote position, this role is suited for those with finance or customer service backgrounds.

Qualificações

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in finance.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles.

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification and account security.
  • Document and elevate customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on trading rules and communicate alerts.
  • Adapt to shift schedules to cover target market hours.
  • Work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
  • Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
  • Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
  • Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
  • Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
  • Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
