About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve technical issues with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
Provide first-level support via phone and email (chat may be added).
Troubleshoot issues related to apps, email, browsers, and hardware (including remote screen sharing).
Perform ID resets, manage email inconsistencies, and follow KB / SOP documentation.
Log and classify tickets, elevate when necessary, and ensure proper prioritization.
Meet service-level expectations for quality, productivity, and resolution times.
Work remotely from anywhere in Brazil
