A leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist customers in English and other languages. The role involves handling requests via tickets, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience in customer service, particularly in crypto exchanges, and must have a Macbook with an M1 chip. 1. Handle requests through tickets and other online tools for customers in English and other languages.

2. Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right customer service methods/tools.

3. Provide proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits.

4. Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up to ensure smooth and accurate resolution of customer issues.

5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

7. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

8. Follow the shift arrangement based on the team needs. The current shift is UTC 09:00-18:00.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Professional speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in English .
  • At least one year of CS Trading agent related working experience in the crypto exchanges .
  • Own a Macbook bought within 6 months, or can purchase a new Macbook, to be paid back in installments within the next 6 months. This Macbook requires at least an M1 chip and can only be used for work.
  • Working five days a week, and willing to be scheduled for working at weekends . Able to support the working shift between 00:00 - 09:00 SGT timeslot.
Moreover
  • Bilingual language skill is a plus;
  • Stable, kind, empathetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
  • With the ability to handle multiple tasks under high pressure, while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Could handle multiple tasks in the high-pressure work status and keep a professional attitude and strong teamwork spirit would be a plus;
  • Be able to support the night shift based on the team's needs.
