A leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist customers in English and other languages. The role involves handling requests via tickets, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience in customer service, particularly in crypto exchanges, and must have a Macbook with an M1 chip. 1. Handle requests through tickets and other online tools for customers in English and other languages.
2. Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right customer service methods/tools.
3. Provide proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits.
4. Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up to ensure smooth and accurate resolution of customer issues.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
7. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
8. Follow the shift arrangement based on the team needs. The current shift is UTC 09:00-18:00.
