Our company is seeking a self‑driven, dedicated and detail‑oriented Customer Service - Mid Level Analyst to join our remote team. If you have a passion for customer service and outstanding skills in reservation management and problem‑solving, we have a place for you!

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all interactions with customers are managed efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction and the accuracy of information in the system.
  • Verify documents, payments, insurance, vehicle exchanges, and manage duplicate or canceled reservations.
  • Manage customer check‑ins and check‑outs, verifying data and inspecting vehicles virtually.
  • Promote additional products and services, prospect clients, and establish partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages via chat and email, resolving issues and personalizing the service.
  • Conduct post‑service follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and request customer reviews.
  • Manage vehicle exchange requests and resolve duplicate or canceled reservations.
Requirements
  • Preferably a completed degree;
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in customer service and sales.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and CRM systems;
  • Intermediate knowledge of reservation management systems;
  • Intermediate skills in sales and client prospecting;
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems;
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, organization, and time management skills;
  • Empathy and strong customer service abilities.

US$500 per month (with adjustments every three months based on performance evaluations)
