We’re hiring aCustomer Care Specialistwith strong operational and marketing support skills for a well-establishedhome care brand that provides high-quality non-medical and private-duty nursing services for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, increasing call volume, and supporting daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Customer Care & Operations
  • Handle inbound calls with compassion and professionalism
  • Support families and clients seeking home care services
  • Managedispatching and technician/caregiver routingto maximize utilization
  • Makeoutbound callsfor follow-ups, unsold estimates, and re-engagement lists
Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team
  • Assist withsocial media content, remarketing, and promotional specials
  • Help strengthen brand awareness and trust within the community
Systems & Process Support
  • ServiceTitan expertise (REQUIRED):
    • Maintain and update the price book
    • Adjust pricing guides
    • Support overall system setup and workflow improvements

Contribute toHR,policy-making, and the creation ofStandard Operating Procedures

  • ServiceTitan experience is mandatory
  • Advanced English (C1) English-only environment
  • Customer service experience withhigh call volume
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to support both customer care and marketing activities
