Job Description: Business Development Sales Manager

LOCATION: São Paulo, Brazil

We are looking for a Business Development Sales Manager for a leading CRM solutions company in the pharmaceutical industry, specialized in providing a state-of-the-art CRM Ecosystem with a flexible control system designed to manage, analyze and improve the effectiveness of communication between pharmaceutical companies and their target audience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development : Drive the development of new business opportunities for the CRM Ecosystem.
  • Sales Execution : Effectively sell the CRM Ecosystem in alignment with company goals.
  • Account Management : Create, drive, and own account plans, strategically planning your territory.
  • Negotiation : Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, serving as the primary interface between the customer and relevant divisions.
  • Demonstrations : Conduct compelling offline / online demos to prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • CRM Sales Experience : Proven experience in selling CRM ecosystems, such as SalesForce, Veeva, IQVIA, etc.
  • Language Skills : Native Portuguese speaker with upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Pharmaceutical Market Knowledge : Experience in the pharmaceutical market and a database of contacts within pharmaceutical companies are highly valued.
  • Lead Prospecting : Proven experience in prospecting and qualifying leads in the B2B enterprise space for the pharmaceutical industry across online and offline channels is a plus.
