Role Description
What You'll Be Doing
As a Credit Controller you manage a portfolio of accounts.
You will ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms and that queries are resolved efficiently; through the development of sound working relationships both internally and externally.
- Initiate outbound calls to collect payment promises for outstanding debts
- Respond to partners messages to address queries related to commission and invoice : financial matters
- Implements scalable solutions
- Cross-functional Communication and teamwork
- Assist with the improvement of cycle times like DSO, Cash allocation and Delivery of invoices
Thanks to these tasks, the Credit Controller will acquire an in-depth knowledge of Booking's business and internal organization and will prepare themselves for a broader role.
Key factors of success in this role are a good understanding of the business priorities, strong communication skills and, above all, the capacity to implement projects and reach the pre-set objectives.
To do this, the Credit Controller will :
- Drive progress through simple and targeted action plans.
- Implement short term loops of progress (tackle the issues one by one at a high pace)
- Build best practices and share with Peers
- Be a business partner with the Partner Services team
- Ensure adherence to Company policies and applicable governmental regulations.
- Liaise with peers across the business to build successful roll outs
