Description & Requirements :

Generate reports from local ERP for expenses analysis by cost center, account, and functional area; Update and analyze the P&L; Reconcile and, if necessary, request reclassifications of debits / credits to accounting, with appropriate follow-up; Prepare and submit S&M expense analysis to Global (Selling / Mkt / Promo); Prepare and submit ICPE report; Prepare ROSA sales and contribution margin analysis report (excluding exports) to support local leadership's consolidated sales report (SMR); Reconcile Brazil's sales and costs in BI and submit required adjustments to the Global Finance team; Follow up on BI adjustments from Global and ensure consistency across Qlik and the regional P&L Excel file; Support and prepare the forecast and budget processes, and submit to Global; Support and prepare Brazil entities' FCF and AR forecasts; Support local leadership with deliverables and ad-hoc analysis; Submit ROSA sales and contribution margin report to the sales team; Assist and prepare the MM deck (month-end presentation to Global Leadership); CAPEX tracking and forecast; Support the preparation of business cases; Perform third-party commission calculations and provisioning; Conduct special freight and contribution margin impact studies; Support sales bonus calculations (for managers, coordinators, and reps); Contribute to E&O analysis; Support the SA cash forecast process.
