This position provides Compensation support to all Eaton business groups and functions in Central and South America, with a population of approximately 4,500 employees across 10 countries.
This specialist role acts as a strategic compensation partner to the HR Managers and HRBP to manage SCA compensation in support of performance management, act as a liaison with the Compensation Function and ensure the integrity of compensation practices across SCA to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
