Job Summary

In this role, you will monitor live and asynchronous chat interactions, enforce community guidelines, and support users by ensuring positive communication standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor community chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms in real time
  • Enforce community rules, policies, and platform guidelines consistently
  • Identify, review, and take action on inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide basic platform-related support via chat
  • Escalate serious issues, violations, or technical concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate moderation logs and incident reports
  • Encourage positive engagement and respectful communication within the community
  • Stay updated on platform policies and moderation best practices
