Team Overview

Seeking an experienced profesional with sales operations and commercial planning background to support us in building a new area within our customer experience team.

This role is crucial to guarantee alignement beetwen the business and our sales team and to define and deploy mix/channel strategy.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for running short term re-planning (M0)

  • Daily assess operations KPIs, opportunities and risks;
  • Project scenarios of leads volumes, conversion and sales, to assess Target achievement;
  • Feed leads ops, sales and crm of performance needs and opportunities to maximize the usage of resources.
Role Qualifications
  • Good with numbers and communication, able to generate continuous improvement in its processes. Disciplined, agile, willing to learn and high sense of urgency.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial planning or planning related areas, GTM or Revenue management.
