Position

• Position Summary: We’re looking for a healthcare professional who will be responsible for continuing to build and optimize the medical database and clinical intelligence for Segmed's services and products.

Responsibilities

• Understand clinical criteria to collect retrospective cases from a large database of patient records for research, and then build datasets to meet these criteria.
• Build search strategies to retrieve clinically relevant results.
• Demonstrate Segmed products to company customers through live videos.
• Collaborate company-wide with technical and business teams to develop and improve Segmed products.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: You MUST submit your resume in English
• Radiology Technician, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Physical Therapist, or similar degree.
• Background in clinical research or healthcare data management.
• Understanding of clinical care, workflows, and clinical lexicon.
• Knowledge of medical imaging standards, such as DICOM files and EHR.
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Superior attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with clinical as well as non-clinical people.
• Exhibits a strong sense of clinical and ethical responsibility.
• Enjoys working in a deep and detailed manner with clinical data.
• Well organized and able to juggle many projects at once.
• Hands-on service-oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards adapting customers' needs.
• Enjoy working remotely.

Extras

• Knowledge of some medical codes and mapping systems such as ICD-10 codes and SNOMED is a plus.
