We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing presence in Brazil. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting some of the country’s most sophisticated wealth and asset management clients, helping them derive lasting value from the Addepar platform through engagement, adoption, and growth.
You will serve as a trusted advisor post-sale, guiding clients through onboarding, optimization, and long-term partnership. As one of our first CSMs in the region, you will also play a key role in building local client success practices, influencing how Addepar serves the Latin American market, and collaborating closely with our global Product, Engineering, and Services teams.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role requiring financial understanding, strong communication, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
