We are looking for a senior professional, with an ownership mindset and strong execution skills, to lead the expansion of our partner network.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, activate, and scale strategic partner channels for digital asset and financial infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead active business development with institutional partners (such as advisory firms, registered investment professionals, strategic content partners, and industry communities).
  • Structure partnership models, negotiate commercial terms, and manage agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Lead partner onboarding and support performance ramp-up.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
  • Enable partners’ commercial and technical teams through structured training programs.
  • Monitor partner performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings across Brazil.
  • Act with a high level of ownership, accountability, and strategic leadership within the organization.
Requirements
  • Professional experience within the financial services ecosystem.
  • Background in technology-driven environments, fintech, or digital infrastructure.
  • Advanced English proficiency and fluent Portuguese.
  • Strong business development profile, data-driven and results-oriented.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with B2B2C business model.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or commercial team management.
