AMARO is hiring a talented Fashion Buyer & Product Developer to support the management and growth of AMARO's new Sourcing Department.

You have experience with products development, supplier sourcing and negotiation.

You are passionate about fashion and want to be part of a new brand trying to revolutionize the market.

What you'll do:

• Source new suppliers actively and bring innovation to Amaro (processes, fabrics, materials, packing)
• Work closely to fashion team to present trends and opportunities of raw-material to collections
• Look continuously for opportunities for markup improvement
• Participate on raw-material fairs, forums and suppliers show-rooms
• Source sustainable materials and work on developing them together with suppliers
• Be accountable for sustainability goals in terms of fabrics and trimmings
• Negotiate raw-material pre-costs, leadtimes, moqs, payment terms and purchasing orders
• Be a source of raw-material for all squads
• Present intelligent fabric substitutions in terms of quality and costs

• Experience with sourcing and buying / product development
• Excel : Intermediate
• Level of English : Advanced
