Your Role

• Create, automate and provide maintenance of analytical reports (Dashboards Microstrategy, Power BI, etc.) for decision making support, ensuring the proper communication of changes / update when necessary
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on Top Line (Volume, Price, Mix, FX) by SKU, Category, Customer, Country, seeking opportunities and risks
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on profitability GP% (Volume, Price, Mix, RM, Manufacturing and Importation costs, New, Discontinued, FX)
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on Strategic Projects KPIs (Pipeline, Potential, Win rate, etc.)
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on Efficiency Programs / Productivity / Value Boost / Continuous Improvement
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on Operational Expenses (HC, People cost, PCR, T&E, Consulting, Freight, etc.)
• Provide gap analysis, bridge, recommendations and monthly tracking on WC (Inv, AP, AR). Support the building of financial plans (Bud, Forecast, SGP-5 year, ASF-monthly BE).

About You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, computer science
• Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
• Experience in Business Planning and Performance (Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Growth Management, Costing, Data analytics, Sales intelligence), preferably in flavors, fragrances, FMCG, chemical or pharmaceutical industries. Knowledge in BI Tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI), advanced Excel and SAP, Powerpoint, capable of handling complex databases.
