A leading medical technology company is looking for a Business Innovation Regional Manager in São Paulo, Brazil, to execute and scale Business Innovation programs. In this role, you will manage local execution, ensure program consistency, and drive cross-functional collaboration among teams. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, and communicate fluently in English. Previous experience in medical devices or technology is preferred.

Qualificações

  • 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market execution and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive adoption and results.
  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments.
  • Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare, or technology preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable.

Business Innovation Regional Manager - Brazil

The Regional Manager, Business Innovation is responsible for executing, activating, and scaling Business Innovation programs within their assigned countries.

This role ensures strong local adoption, commercial activation, and cross-functional execution, translating regional programs into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Program Development for local needs.
  • Own the local execution of regional Business Innovation programs across assigned countries.
  • Translate regional program standards into country-level activation plans, campaigns, and routines.
  • Ensure programs are deployed consistently, on time, and aligned with local market realities.
  • Drive field enablement for Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to embed programs into daily GTM execution.
  • Identify operational, regulatory, or commercial barriers and coordinate solutions locally.
  • Own local performance tracking, adoption metrics, and execution KPIs.
