A leading cryptocurrency service platform based in Dubai is looking for a skilled Business Development professional to manage partnerships and client onboarding. This role requires experience in B2B sales within the crypto or fintech sector, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid network and interest in trading and blockchain to support business growth and achieve KPIs.

Qualificações

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (crypto or fintech).
  • A clear portfolio of partners, communities, institutions, or clients.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Introduce and onboard new KOLs, business partners, and corporate clients.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial terms.
  • Work with internal teams on onboarding and growth.
  • Support volume and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Report progress and achieve KPIs.

What you should have
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (crypto or fintech)
  • A clear portfolio (partners, communities, institutions, or clients you work with)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of KYC / KYB and AML
  • Comfort in a client-facing role
  • Interest in crypto, trading, and blockchain
