The Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be key to driving growth by building and managing partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and high-value clients across Brazil.

You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding partners, tracking KPIs like client deposits and volumes, and expanding the firm's FX/CFD presence in the Brazilian market.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese with a strong command of English.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development or Partnership Manager within the FX brokerage industry.
  • Portfolio: Active portfolio of FX clients with a clear ability to expand and scale quickly.
  • Network: Established network of IBs and Affiliates.
  • Results: Consistent monthly results achieved over the last 6+ months.
