  • Position : Business Development Manager (LATAM)
  • Location : Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru (All Remote)
  • Employment type : Full-time
  • Remuneration : base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates. Oversee their onboarding process and maintain strong, long-term relationships to support mutual growth and business success.
  • Design and implement initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the partner network. Set performance goals and key metrics, and provide tailored support to optimize engagement and productivity.
  • Deliver regular training sessions to ensure partners stay informed on company offerings, tools, and relevant market updates. Monitor performance using data-driven KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner-related activities meet regulatory and company standards. Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct among partners.
  • Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance—to deliver aligned and consistent support for partners. Help develop promotional materials and initiatives tailored to partner needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Use insights to enhance partner programs and maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining partners.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (additional certifications from regulatory bodies are advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, affiliates, or broker networks.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, partner management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Sound knowledge of market operations, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Understanding of the operational and marketing needs of a regulated business.
