What we are looking for :
Requirements of the role :
  • 1+ years of experience in digital advertising & marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales & client management.
  • Strong client facing skills.
  • Excellent solution designing skills to adapt different approaches to the client needs or briefing.
  • Strong Ability to connect ideas and create efficient sales pitches.
  • PowerPoint expert.
  • Advance knowledge of design tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Adtech & Martech ecosystem, programmatic environment and location intelligence solutions.
  • Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with mínimal direction.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
Responsibilities :
1. Solution Designing
  • Create powerful sales pitches with the strategy & marketing teams guidance.
  • Develop specific client projects, working from the client brief.
  • Design conceptual solutions, linking all the activity and company storytelling.
  • Identify new market opportunities to include and adapt the sales proposal.
  • Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Adapt sales deck versions and create global sales resources.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
2. Project Execution & Sales Assistance
  • Work together with the sales team to develop specific projects across different markets.
  • Pitch and present business solutions to our clients.
  • Follow project execution verifying success and optimizing solutions.
