POSITION WILL BE BASED IN BRAZIL

OBJECTIVES:

• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
• Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support core business processes.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in relevant products; monitor competitive activity and market trends; partner with Engineering, Operations, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic and tactical strategies to counter competition and exploit market trends.
• Serve as initial point of contact on technical issues within the region; prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Work alongside the key account managers.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.

Technical support: Providing technical expertise to internal teams and external customers, including pre‑sales support and troubleshooting.

Documentation and communication: Providing input for proposals, and communicating technical information to various stakeholders.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in the Brazilian Oil & Gas market.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
