Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst JDE you will act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams ensuring that JD Edwards ERP and related tools operate efficiently to support core business processes. Your role will focus on analyzing requirements improving workflows and providing functional expertise in modules such as Address Book and Distribution with emphasis on Purchasing Sales and Tax processes.

Workplace : Sao Bernardo do Campo

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in the office - 2 days from home)

Typical Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Map and analyze processes identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP and related platforms.
• Lead and guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Prepare operational documentation and Knowledge Base articles to resolve recurring issues.
• Support purchasing sales and tax-related processes within JD Edwards modules.
