• Advanced English skills.
• Working in agile environments.
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) active participation in Agile teams, gathering business requirements, creating user stories, managing the backlog and the responsible for driving the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning meeting).
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
• Experience in Offshore/onsite delivery model.
