Qualifications

  • Familiar with the agrochemical commercial activities in Brazil;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • Work experience in multi-national companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all aspects of consultative selling for company’s products, including local registration, sample delivery, product introduction, understanding & analysis of the business challenges, client workshops and presentations, quotes / pricing, negotiation and other proposal sales activities.
  • Participating in weekly updates to management of new activities in Brazil, with urgent and important issues being shared with management as they arise.
  • Participating in tradeshows, industry events & associations promoting and advocating for EASTCHEM's products. This role must be recognized throughout the industry as EASTCHEM’s representative.
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

The Impact you will create in the Job:

  1. You will manage the entire sales process, starting from generating interest to first customer contact to setting up qualified meetings for the Sales team.
  2. You will build a strong pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities by penetrating new accounts.
  3. Actively analyze and identify the roadblocks in our customer engagement and retention
  4. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and build relations by initiating communications and doing follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  5. You will deploy a mix of high-volume cold calling (a minimum of 60+ dials per day), emailing & social selling techniques in order to access decision makers.
  6. You will manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged.
  7. You will redefine outbound strategies and improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline.
  8. Working with cross functional teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet the revenue targets, thereby maintaining healthy metrics and KPIs.
  9. Taking extreme ownership of your work and coordinating closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of common goals.

What we look for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in phone-based, outbound B2B sales development / inside sales role.
  • Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal.
  • Clear, compelling, and personalized communication across email and social media platforms to suit the shifting needs of our prospects.
  • Have the grit to handle rejections efficiently.
  • Good understanding of running and executing email drip campaigns.
  • Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media.
  • Ability to work and easily adapt to an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
  • Most importantly, you should have long-term plans to pursue a career in Sales or Sales Development.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive for our contracts with global and multinational companies. This person will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, acting as a hunter of potential enterprise clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop an annual business plan, determining sales targets and actions to achieve the established quota; achieve and exceed the quota through the assigned portfolio;
  2. Produce a 120-Day Prospect Report, which identifies potential companies and actions for closing contracts;
  3. Ensure management, planning, and constant feedback regarding the client portfolio;
  4. Identify customer dissatisfaction with existing products and services and execute action plans to resolve problems and retain clients;
  5. Generate sales to new and existing clients while ensuring high satisfaction.
  6. Senior experience as a sales hunter in the IT industry;
  7. Advanced or fluent English;
  8. Experience with cold calling;
  9. Experience with complex sales and sales cycles of at least 3 months for Enterprise clients;
  10. Completed higher education

The work model adopted by ADP is hybrid, with 3 days of work in the office and 2 days working from home.
