Bilingual Recruiter Assistant (Fluent English – C1) | 100% Remote At Blue Dot BPO, we connect top LATAM talent with high-performance executive teams at U.S.-based companies. We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant with excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and a proactive mindset to support high-volume recruiting operations.

This is a fully remote role focused on the U.S. market, offering daily exposure to global teams and a clear growth path for those who want to build a career in recruitment.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote, working directly with U.S.-based recruiting teams
  • Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM (BRT)

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the client's U.S.-based recruiting team in sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings via phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Keep databases updated (job boards and ATS)
  • Write and update job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Source talent through job boards and resume databases
  • Manage calendars and support communication flow between candidates and recruiters
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment operations and team organization
What We're Looking For
  • Advanced English (C1) — strong written and spoken communication required
  • Highly organized, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS platforms
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments with tight deadlines
Technical Requirements
  • Two monitors | i5 / i7 processor (or equivalent) | 12GB+ RAM
  • High-speed internet
  • Headset with microphone and a quiet workspace
