RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end operations of short and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb;
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations;
• Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis;
• Manage and analyze cash flow;
• Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies' bookkeeping;
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in property management, particularly in vacation or residential rentals;
• Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate;
• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE

• International experience;
• Knowledge of property management software.
