As a bilingual customer service representative at TTEC, you'll be helping customers by quickly providing answers, consulting on solutions, and resolving issues with a smile. During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Accept inbound calls from customers... we have several different types of clients and hours that fit you!
  • Effectively resolve issues or concerns

  • Advanced English and Portuguese both written and spoken
  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask)
