Bilingual Director Assistant - Your future position?

As a member of the Finance Team, reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you'll have the responsibility of performing complex and important administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the office and finance department and support both Financial and Legal personnel in their responsibilities, according to our policies and local requirements.

In this challenging role, you will:

  • Perform office responsibilities such as, filing, updating computer records, maintaining office supplies inventory and anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning by completing preventive maintenance requirements and managing repairs.
  • Create payment requisitions and make follow-ups.
  • Manage the Company car fleet.
  • Coordinate travels and their scheduling.
  • Manage the corporate credit card.
  • Work on Insurance management and payment.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
  • Schedule meetings and ensure venues and equipment for meetings.
  • Revise and suggest improvements to processes and record-keeping systems.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials, conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

You?

  • High School Diploma;
  • Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Business Administration or related;
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Administrative Support position;
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is required;
