A leading global defense and aerospace company is seeking a Bid & Project Manager for its São Bernardo do Campo unit. This hybrid role involves overseeing bid management and project execution for critical systems. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, experience in project management, and proficiency in English and Spanish. This position is hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
As a Bid & Project Manager, you will be in charge of specific bid‑management activities to ensure the successful delivery of a bid or a number of bids within the Coastal Surveillance System (CSS) and CUAV activities. You will bring structure, clarity and governance to the process and discipline relating to bid management activities as well as manage projects according to defined objectives.
Act as the key element in the bid preparation, bring support and contribution for the bid negotiation with the client:
Ensure the good transition from the bid to the project phase and take part in the preparation, the organization and the validation of the project launch:
document archiving, expenses permission closing while capitalizing and sharing about lessons learned.
