What You’ll Do

We're looking for a curious, adaptable, and relationship-driven recruiter to join the BCG X Global Recruiting Team, based in São Paulo.

In this role, you'll support full‑cycle recruitment for both campus and experienced‑hire talent, supporting hiring for our Brazilian hub while collaborating closely with regional and global recruiting colleagues.

You’ll act as a trusted member of our hiring team, blending creativity, structure, and insight to attract top talent across technology and analytics functions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high‑touch relationship management with hands‑on recruiting execution and who’s excited by the challenge of working across multiple talent segments – from university pipelines to experienced technical roles.

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across the analytics and tech spectrum – from interns and data scientists to engineers.


• Plan, organize, and lead recruiting events from university career fairs and tech meetups to internal brand activations and diversity initiatives.


• Coordinate campus recruiting initiatives in Brazil – plan and execute events, partner with leading universities, and manage the process from applications to offers and onboarding.


• Partner with key stakeholders across BCG X, Consulting Recruiting, and HR to deliver data‑driven hiring insights.


• Execute sourcing strategies for both early and experienced talent, leveraging direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking to build robust pipelines.


• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication, structured assessments, and professional representation of BCG X’s talent brand.


• Manage internship programs – selection, onboarding, and performance discussions.


• Track and report recruiting KPIs that drive continuous improvement in time‑to‑hire, candidate quality, and diversity outcomes.


• Collaborate on regional and global recruiting projects across the broader BCG X recruiting community.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree


• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in tech, consulting, or professional services; in‑house experience with global or multinational organizations preferred


• A strong interest or background in campus recruiting and event management


• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems


• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills – ability to connect with students, senior candidates, and leaders alike


• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail


• A collaborative, hands‑on attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for driving impact through people


• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English communication (written and spoken) are required
