Overview

We’re hiring : Backend Developer (Experienced) – Remote

HEFLO is a global SaaS platform that simplifies complex business processes with automation and governance. We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer to help us scale our product worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services for our SaaS BPM platform
• Design secure, scalable REST APIs
• Work with MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis / Valkey
• Optimize services on AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront)
• Implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend experience
• Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and / or Node.js (TypeScript)
• Cloud-native development on AWS
• Docker & containerization knowledge
• Security-first mindset
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• SaaS multi-tenant experience
• BPMN knowledge
• React / Next.js exposure
