B2B Sales Manager – (Remote)

What You’ll Do

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding ZAGG’s presence within the Enterprise VAR (Value-Added Reseller) channel, managing relationships with top-tier national and regional resellers. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring best-in‑class execution across reseller channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at top national and regional VARs.
  • Drive sales growth and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline within the VAR channel, utilizing CRM and other sales tools.
  • Work with internal marketing teams and VAR partners to enhance online content, promotions, and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Lead product roadmap presentations both virtually and in person at field offices and reseller HQs.
  • Collaborate with ZAGG’s distribution team to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure consistent in‑stock status.
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Partner with internal product teams to develop solutions tailored to customer opportunities.
  • Represent ZAGG at trade shows, industry events, and reseller meetings to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Proven experience working with national and regional resellers in a B2B Enterprise channel. Experience working directly with resellers such as CDW, Insight, SHI, Stratix, TRG, Office Depot, and others a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or VAR partnerships, ideally within consumer electronics or mobile solutions.
  • Expertise in productivity and mobility solutions, with the ability to engage procurement teams and reseller sales leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development.
  • A hunter mentality—proactively driving demand creation through both push and pull strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft sales tools (e.g., CRM, Power BI, Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision‑makers.
  • Ability to travel 25%–50% as needed.
